Location & travel
Standard sessions are held at my outdoor venue in Margaretting, Ingatestone, Essex.
Onsite parking and toilet available.
Travel to alternative outdoor locations is available on request and will incur an additional fee of £1 per mile from CM4.
booking & payment
A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Session dates can be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Less than 48 hours' notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.

weather
If the weather is poor, the shoot can be rescheduled at no extra cost. I’ll keep in touch with you 24–48 hours before your session to confirm.
SESSION DURATION
I will make every effort to stick to your booked time, but please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

IMAGE DELIVERY
You will receive an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session to select your included images.
Additional digital images can be purchased at £10 each or £50 for a bundle of 8.
what to wear
Please wear something you feel comfortable and confident in.
Choose colours that work well in natural light — neutrals, pastels, earthy tones and soft patterns tend to photograph beautifully.
Avoid large logos or overly bright neons, which can distract from the natural setting.
OUTFIT CHANGES
30 mins : 1 - 2 outfit (arrive ready)
1 hour : Up to 3 outfits
90 mins : Up to 4 outfits
No props to be used unless previous agreed or part of outfit.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children must be supervised at all times during the session by a responsible adult.
Pets must be on a lead or under firm control unless in a safe, enclosed area.
A stable and a small paddock is available to prepare and settle your horse
Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour and safety throughout the shoot.

WHAT TO BRING - PEOPLE
Spare outfit(s) (if your session includes changes)
Layers (cardigans, jackets, scarves – great for variety and warmth)
Hairbrush or comb (especially useful on windy days)
Lip balm or powder for last-minute touch-ups
Tissues or wipes for little ones or runny noses
Snacks or drinks (especially for children)
Favourite comfort item for kids – something small and neutral
Neutral blanket or throw to sit on
Spare hairbands/clips or lint roller
Small mirror for quick checks before we shoot
Bug spray or suncream (depending on the season)
WHAT TO BRING - PETS
Lead and collar/harness or head collar and lead rope (ideally neutral/clean)
Treats (small, non-crumbly ones work best!)
Poo bags
Favourite toy (only if it helps settle or focus them)
Water and a bowl – especially in warmer weather
A blanket or towel to wipe muddy paws if needed
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
The photographer retains full copyright of all images.
Clients are granted personal use rights. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and gifting.
Commercial or promotional use is not permitted unless prior written permission is given.
Client Conduct & Safety
Please follow photographer guidance during the session to ensure a relaxed and safe experience.
DBS checked and fully insured
The photographer is not liable for injury or property damage during the session unless caused by negligence.
